Do you experience an overwhelming fear of water that keeps you out of it? The first step to swimming is to completely rid yourself of fear and embrace this wonderful sport. Don't worry, we'll show you how.

How to overcome aquaphobia. Some people suffer from a chronic and irrational fear of water. Even if they want to go into the water, people who suffer from aquaphobia simply cannot contemplate any contact with the aquatic environment.
