CARROT AND CINNAMON PROTEIN MUFFINS 

Ideal for a protein snack at any time of the day.

 

INGREDIENTS 

• 1 dose of whey 9 vanilla

• 40g of oatmeal

• 60g of whole flour

• 2 carrots

• 3 egg whites

• 100ml of almond milk

• 2 tablespoons of honey

• 2 tablespoons of agave syrup

• 1 teaspoon of yeast

• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

PREPARATION

• Preheat the oven to 180°C

• Mix the whey with the oat flakes, whole wheat flour, yeast and cinnamon

• Add the egg whites and whisk

• Add the almond milk then the honey and the agave syrup, whisk again

• Grate the carrots and add them to the preparation

• Pour everything into muffin moulds

• Bake for 25 minutes
