CHOCOLATE-PEANUT PROTEIN MILKSHAKE 

A protein and carbohydrate intake in an ideal milkshake perfect during recovery phase

WHEY CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS 

• 2 doses of whey  chocolate

• 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

• 2 teaspoons of maple syrup

• 300ml of water

• 6 ice cubes

PREPARATION

• Mix the whey, water and ice cubes in your blender

• Mix until the ice cubes are crushed

• Add the peanut butter and maple syrup

• Mix and your milkshake is ready!

This milkshake can be combined with our delicious peanut protein biscuits or our chocolate protein palet biscuits!
