PEAR-CHOCOLATE PROTEIN FONDANT CAKE

A little sweetness for dessert or snack don't hurt anyone

WHEY CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS

• 1 dose of whey chocolate

• 1 teaspoon of low-fat cocoa

• 1 ripe pear

PREPARATION

• Roughly mix the pear

• Add the dose of protein whey and cocoa, mix roughly again

• Pour the mixture into 2 small round, microwave-safe moulds (use moulds with high edges)

• Microwave your mixture at 600watts for 2 minutes, stopping the cooking every 15 seconds to prevent the mixture spilling out

• Leave to cool and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

 

Enjoy with a chocolate protein milkshake
