PROTEIN MADELEINE CAKES 

Learn to make small madeleine protein cakes to enjoy as a snack

INGREDIENTS 

• 2 tablespoons of flour

• 1 tablespoon of cornflour

• 2 tablespoons of Lean Whey Vanilla Protein

• ½ teaspoon of yeast

• A pinch of salt

• 1 teaspoon of butter

• 1 tablespoon of almond milk

• 1 egg

• The zest of a lemon

PREPARATION

• Preheat your oven to 230°

• Mix the flour, cornflour and protein powder together, add the yeast and salt

• Add the egg, butter and almond milk to the flour mixture

• Take the zest of your lemon, cut it into small pieces and add it to the previous mixture

• Flour your madeleine moulds and pour the dough in

• Bake your madeleines for 15 minutes
