REDFRUIT PROTEIN PANCAKES

Whey vanilla

INGREDIENTS

• 1 dose of whey vanilla

• 100g of oatmeal

• 4 egg whites

• 1 whole egg

• Red berries

PREPARATION

• Mix the oatmeal in your blender

• Add the protein powder and mix again

• Add the egg white and whole egg, mix

• Finish by adding a little red fruit and mix

• Pour a small amount of the paste into your hot pan, leave to cook for 1 or 2 minutes, turn over the pancake, let it cook again for 1 to 2 minutes, and your pancake is ready.
