 I am 21 years old and am a fitness enthusiast. I am into fitness (physique building) for more than 5 years. I aspire to be a fitness model. 

I always believe in the saying “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.” I love to think big because that's the first step to achieve something bigger.

 

Favorite fitness quotation - You don’t get the ass you want by just sitting on it.

Where do you workout? 

I usually workout at the Gym but I believe in anytime fitness. You'll find me working out at midnight (12:00 - 2:00 am). Short of time has been a boundation but I have never let it enslave me. 
 

What is your Resolution for 2019?

My resolution for 2019 is to gain more body mass and build upto 70kgs in weight. I want to be on stage competing in Men Physique Fitness Model Championships.

Why Mens Physique?

Because I've always dreamt of standing out, to be different and to live a life of freedom. I prefer men's physique because I believe it suits my body type over hulking up.
 

Have you been inspired by someone or some event in life?

Yes, the lifestyle of a fitness model always motivates me to work harder. I love their day to day life routine. I've always dreamt of having a great physique from a very young age but only when I went to college, I was able to actively work towards It because my college had a gymnasium and I had ample time.

What will you do to keep/achieve your resolution?  

This year I will workout harder and eat healthier. Diet has been a hindrance in my dream because of a busy work schedule but I am sure I will find the fading path this year.

What is a typical day for you as you work towards achieving this resolution?

My typical day begins with late night workout, yeah you read it right. Then I have my shakes and proteins from Decathlon, finish my dinner by 3 am and go to sleep. I sleep for around 6-8 hours, wake up relaxed, have my breakfast and join work from 1:00 to 10:00 pm.

What are the difficulties you can already foresee for yourself? 

At times it's difficult to maintain a healthy diet. With work-life, it's also difficult to get ample rest. Travel is also a hindrance to my routine. 

How do you plan to overcome them?

Struggle is what makes the success sweeter. I will plan my schedules in advance to not miss out on any of my goals. Just remember its now or never, the time gone will never return. Work hard today and later make your success make the noise.
