STRAWBERRY PROTEIN WAFFLES 

Ideal for your breakfast or a snack

Whey vanilla

INGREDIENTS 

• 1 dose of whey  vanilla protein

• 70g of oatmeal

• 1 teaspoon of stevia coffee

• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

• 3 egg whites

• 1 handful of strawberries 

• 170g 0% cottage cheese

• A little olive oil

PREPARATION

• Mix the oatmeal in your blender

• Add the cottage cheese and egg whites, mix

• Add the cinnamon, stevia and whey protein dose, mix again

• Finally, add the red fruit and mix

• Pour small amounts of paste into your waffle iron

• Leave to heat up for a few minutes, and it's ready!
